Synergy Online works as a stand alone technology solution for payrolling, or it works in conjunction with your existing VMS or e-procurement solution.

Personalized secure home page


Contractors and client administrators are able to login via the web and receive a personalized home page including access to applications, payroll information and documentation to better perform their duties.

Profile details


Contractors can enter their secure portal and make changes as necessary to online personal information including address changes, exemptions, banking for direct deposits etc. on a 24/7 basis.

Timesheets


The timesheet application allows contractors to input time and expense details online on a 24/7 basis via any web browser connection. Contractors are notified through an e-mail notification when their timesheet is available. Once they go online, contractors can input their time, save it and forward to the client manager for approval. Once the timesheet has been approved, the data is sent to Synergy for processing, all in an automated fashion.

Pay details and online W-2


Contractors have access to payroll details including online access to individual pay stubs, detailed check history and tax details at any time. After each pay period, contractors receive an e-mail notification that their latest payroll information is available online. By clicking on a link, contractors gain immediate access to the latest payroll information online.

HR documentation and contact information


Employee handbooks, enrollment forms and other documentation can be viewed or downloaded online.

Reporting


Numerous standard and custom reports can be generated for clients to better manage their contract spend. Standard reports are immediately available to client administrators online after each pay period.
