Determining proper IC compliance is even more difficult as the related rules and regulations are constantly changing. Synergy Services understands the questions and challenges that come with building and implementing a successful IC compliance program within your business. We have developed documented processes, methodologies, and tools through our IC Discovery and Analysis program and our Engagement (Agency of Record) program designed to help you make sure your flexible workforce is properly classified.

IC Discovery and Analysis

Synergy performs an in-depth analysis of the Client's current processes and IC population to provide a high-level assessment of existing compliance program(s). We use our proven methodology to uncover ICs within the organization and help the Client to quantify and understand potential IC misclassification risks.

IC Compliance and Engagement Services

Synergy provides a comprehensive IC compliance program to determine worker classification and ensure compliance throughout their engagement. Synergy begins the process with a detailed assessment of the worker and the work being performed using our proprietary process developed in collaboration with top U.S. employment law firm Littler Mendelson. Synergy Consultants analyze the results, including the appropriate backup materials, to complete the compliance process and begin on-boarding. In the event of a worker reclassification, Synergy Consultants are specifically trained to handle these sensitive situations.
