IC Compliance Services
Synergy's IC Compliance Services are designed to evaluate your company's new and existing Independent Contractors to determine worker misclassification and quantify risk exposure to the firm as well as offer backup support as needed.
W-2 Employer of Record Payrolling Services
Synergy's Employer of Record Payrolling Service is a full service contractor payroll option for companies who want Synergy to become the legal W-2 Employer of Record for contract employees. As the employer of record, Synergy conducts online enrollment, pre-screening services, automatically deducts the necessary taxes from the contractor's paycheck including Social Security, Medicare, Federal, State and local taxes. In addition, Synergy covers the contractor with Worker's Comp and Unemployment Insurances in addition to offering the contractor a comprehensive package of health and welfare benefits throughout their assignment.
IC Engagement Services
Synergy's IC Engagement Services work in conjunction with our Compliance Services to provide management throughout the life-cycle of the IC engagement including contract management, pre-screening services and payment processing. This Service provides increased protection against contractor misclassification issues while reducing the administrative costs of dealing directly with multiple independent contractors.
Sub-Vendor Services
